MELTING PROCESS & APPLICATION
This alloy is generally smelt in Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), EAF+LF+VD, LF + Electroslag remelting (ESR).
For a purpose of superior quality, it should be smelt via technology of vacuum refining or by agreement.
It is suitable for applications such as high tensile shafts, bolts and unst, gears, pinions spindles.
PRODUCT PROFILE AND AVAILABLE FORMS
Round bar (Diameter): 6mm to 550mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 10mm to 800mm
Length: Fixed length or random length or based on the customer's special requirement.
Other different shapes based on OEM.
