FEATURES AND CLASSIFICATIONS
Valve steel is a subbranch of heat resistant steels, which is a special material for processing the vent valve & intake valve of combustion engines. This steel material is always under the high temperature 450 ~ 900℃ and also in the operating conditions of 3000~7000kPa explosion pressure. It longly stands up to the gas-fired high temperature corrosion, scouring of gasoline. Hence, the valve steel material must have enough heat resistance, high temperature resistance corrosivity, inoxidizability, abrasive resistance and impact resistance under the highest working temperature.
PROFILE AND DIMENSIONS
Round bar (Diameter): 5.5mm to 550mm
Square bar / Flat bar: 3mm to 500mm
Heavy/middle plate via hot rolled: T6 - 300mm X W50 - 1000mm X L1000-12000mm
Sheet steel via cold rolled: T0.5 - 6mm X W10 - 400mm X L1000 - 2000mm
Steel strip via cold rolled: T0.1 - 3mm X W5 - 200mm X L (or in coil form)
Forging piece: stepped shafts with flanks / discs /tubes /slugs /donuts /cubes /other different shapes based on OEM.
