Description
Superalloy is a kind of metal material that operating under high temperature above 600℃ and certain stress condition for a long time. It holds combination properties, such as exellent high temperature strength, antioxidation and heat resistance corrosion property, favourable fatigue property, fracture toughness property. which has become irreplaceable key material of hot end parts for military and civilian gas turbine engine.
Performance and Application field
Superalloy is widely used to produce the high temperature components for gas turbine in the field of aviation, naval vessels and industry, such as turbine blade, guide blade, turbine disc, high pressure compressor disc, combustor, and also production of energy conversion devices, such as aerospace craft, rocket motor, nuclear reactor, petrochemical equipments, coaly transforming and so on.
